Ingredientes:
Meio repolho ralado
1 lata de sardinha
1 tomate picado
1 cebola picada
1 xícara de azeitona
1 xícara de palmito
Coentro
Colorau a gosto
Sal
Pimenta do reino
1 ovo batido
Modo de preparo:
Em uma panela, refogue a cebola no azeite. Após 2 minutos, acrescente a sardinha, o tomate, o palmito e a azeitona. Deixe refogar por mais 2 minutos e acrescente o colorau.
Misture bem e coloque o repolho.
Acrescente o ovo batido e deixe refogar por mais 4 minutos.
Coloque a mistura ainda quente em um refratário e cubra com duas claras batidas em neve.
Leve ao forno a 180º por 20 minutos.
Obs: essa quantidade serve duas pessoas.
